Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hull Coach Company. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made with Hull Coach Company are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from Hull Coach Company.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for all services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the journey. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Invoices will be provided upon request.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to Hull Coach Company in writing. Cancellation charges may apply based on the notice period provided:

    • More than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure: Full refund

    • Less than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure: No refund

4. Amendments

Any changes to the booking details must be communicated to Hull Coach Company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Conduct of Passengers

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times during the journey. Hull Coach Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger who behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner.

6. Liability

Hull Coach Company accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the provision of its services, unless such loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of Hull Coach Company. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their property.

7. Force Majeure

Hull Coach Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
